Don Petrasek was my Realtor for selling my Father’s home in Brunswick Ohio. I choose Don for many reasons He is thorough, responsible, and informative and trust worthy.

In selling my father’s house, Don and I first visited the house. During this walk thru Don observed items that would improve the market value of the house. Then he prepared a comparative market analysis of the house. Don and I discussed the price to list the house. I hired a painter to do the recommended work. Don and I discussed the price to list the house. We listed the house and waited for offers.

The successful buyer’s Realtor and Title Company submitted initial documents for me to sign which Don reviewed with me and advised about the content of the documents. Don kept me informed about the number of visitors to the house and comments made by potential buyers.

Also, Don reviewed with me the final documents from the Title Company. Don caught an error in the documents and went back to the Buyer’s Realtor to make the adjustment. The revised documents were signed by me in front of the Title Company’s Notary. In a few days the title was transferred and a check was deposited in my checking account.

Don was extremely helpful in the sale of the property,  He answered all questions we had professionally and in a timely manner.  Phone calls were answered immediately.  The negotiations between us the the buyer were to our satisfaction.  The sale went very quickly and that is what we had hoped for.  Thank you, Don.
