I met Don a few years ago via phone and email after reaching out on a house he had listed . It was a house I always liked. It knew it needed a lot of love. Don suggested I read the inspector's report. I did. The house needed way more love than I had to give. We decided instead to build a home. I remembered Don's honesty and willingness to lose a potential sale by advising us to read the report. Don was easy to work with. We knew what we needed to do to make the house ready to sell. At some point, the phrase "put our best foot forward" was stated. We ended up using the same inspector for our old house . It sold right away to a young family, which was a goal of mine
