• All income must be from a verifiable source
• Applicant must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords
• Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life and have positive references from previous landlords
• Applicant must not have judgments against them in the last 2 years $1000
• Applicant must not be a smoker. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom, 4 total for down unit/2 for up unit.
